How to open Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana from Axis Bank

The following documents are required if you are opening Sukanya Samriddhi Account from Axis Bank

1. Sukanya Sammriddhi Yojana Application (Color Print)
2. Baby Birth Certificate
3. Cheque Leaf
4. Parents
   • Aadhar Card
   • PAN Card
   • Local Address Proof (If non-local, can submit Gas/Mobile Bill)

Next Steps

1. Amount will be debited from the account (SMS will come)
2. Subsequent SMS will come to your mobile informing about the status
